The Citizens Advice Service is open and available to support people in Doncaster.
Citizens Advice Doncaster Borough exists to provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. They offer the advice people need for the problems they face today. They also seek to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives through research and campaigning. They work both on local issues and as part of a wider national network.

Appointments can be phone, face to face or via video – all offices provide general debt and benefits advice. Offices are located at:
- Doncaster Town Centre – 63 Hall Gate, Doncaster, DN1 3PB – Open Daily 10am-4pm and offers public access to a PC/telephone, complete online applications, print off forms etc.
- Mexborough – The Hope Centre, Church Road, DN7 5NS
- Stainforth – Adwick Road, S64 0DB
